Fellows Seminar Series: Understanding the Economic Issues in Sri Lanka's Current Debacle The discussion will start at 4:00 PM IST. Link to the broadcast will be made available here.

Sri Lanka, which in the 1970s was being hailed as a development success story for a low-income nation, is now mired in a financial and economic disaster, its worst yet since independence in 1948. In this seminar, the panellists discuss the most crucial economic issues that have led to the Sri Lankan crisis, and what lessons they can offer to other developing economies.
