While it is easier to write about Afghanistan-India relations or about Afghanistan-Pakistan relations, developing a paradigm involving all three countries when there are significant policy differences isn’t easy. Ambassador Shaida Abdali, author of Afghanistan-Pakistan-India: A Paradigm Shift, draws out a narrative based on meticulous research, drawing on historical sources as well as his own experiences that are both balanced and persuasive.
Mr. Shivshankar Menon, former National Security Advisor and Foreign Secretary will release the book.
