Manuel Gonzalo is a researcher, professor, and consultant/advisor specialising in comparative economic development in the Global South, industrial organisation, and productive and science, technology and innovation (STI) policies. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), a Master’s in Economics and Industrial Development from the National University of General Sarmiento (Argentina), and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina).
