Location
Kris Hartley is Assistant Professor of Sustainability and Enterprise at Arizona State University, School of Sustainability. He researches the role of public policy in technology-enabled sustainability transitions, with a focus on circular economy and business models, global and multilateral policy frameworks for circularity, and state-society interface in the development and application of policy knowledge to scientific and technological issues. Kris holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore (Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy); Master of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley; Master of Business Administration from Baylor University (Texas); and Bachelor of Arts (Phi Beta Kappa) in Classics from the University of Tennessee.
