Her primary research focuses on Taiwan’s foreign relations, China’s foreign policy, Taiwan’s New Southbound Policy, Taiwan-India relations, China’s territorial disputes, Indo-Pacific, and Asian security.

Alicia Pommer
 
Alicia Pommer, a scholarship holder of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), is currently working as a Research Officer at the India Office of KAS, New-Delhi. Ms. Pommer, holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Bonn, Germany. Besides her studies, she worked for more than two years with the Bonn-based NGO, Andheri Hilfe e.V., which supports about 80 projects that aim to strengthen the social and economic development in India and Bangladesh in line with the Agenda 2030. Her main areas of academic interest comprise India’s foreign policy, perspectives of the Global South in International Relations, cooperation in the Indo-Pacific and the implementation of the Agenda 2030.

Cleo Paskal
 
Ms. Cleo Paskal is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow for the Indo-Pacific at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, Washington, D.C.  She has testified before the U.S. Congress and has taught at defense colleges in India, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Oman. From 2006 to 2022, she was an Associate Fellow at Chatham House, London, where, among other responsibilities, she was research lead on the multi-year project 'Perspectives on Strategic Shifts in the Indo-Pacific 2019-2024'.

His current interest is in the field of biodiversity conservation in the backdrop of changing climate regime. He is a Fulbright scholar and a published author. He is currently posted as Chief Wildlife Warden of West Bengal.
Simran Dingra
 
Ms. Simran Dhingra is currently working as Head of International Cooperation at the India Office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). She has been a Scholar of the Managing Global Governance (MGG) Academy 2022 at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS), Bonn, Germany. Her work focuses on geo-strategic and geo-economic issues and the 2030 Agenda of Sustainable Development Goals. Being a staunch advocate for strengthening India-Germany and India-EU relations, she actively collaborates with cooperation partners on subjects pertaining to international relations. She pursued her graduation in Economics and post- graduation in German language and literature from University of Delhi. She has been an ardent learner of the German language for more than a decade and has successfully cleared the “Goethe-Zertifikat C2: Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom (GDS)”; which corresponds to the highest level - C2 - of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. She also serves as German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Young Ambassador and PASCH Ambassador (Schools: Partners for the Future).
Shailly Kedia
 
Dr Shailly Kedia is a Senior Fellow and Associate Director with the Centre for Sustainable Development Research and Leadership at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi. She is a multidisciplinary research professional with 19 years of experience and her areas of expertise in sustainable finance include green budgeting, green public procurement, and climate finance. In the past, Dr Kedia has worked with the Sustainable Development Network of the World Bank in Washington, DC; and with the Center for Climate Systems Research at Columbia University and NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York.
