Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the conceptualisation, planning, budgeting, and execution of events such as forums and convenings, including logistics and production management, for both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Support coordination with partners, vendors, participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of events.
  • Assist in developing various event collaterals and communications, including branding materials, concept notes, participant communications, reports, and press releases.
  • Help engage and build partnerships with external stakeholders, such as businesses, academia, government and public service organisations, and media.
  • Maintain and manage event-related trackers and databases.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in organising various kinds of in-person and virtual events end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Note: The position is based in Mumbai but may require domestic and international travel.
