Tushita Bhandari is a Programme Assistant at the Observer Research Foundation, India.

Her work focuses on research and program coordination in history, heritage preservation, and policy analysis. She is actively engaged in curating research-driven initiatives, managing academic content, and supporting projects that explore India's cultural and historical narratives. Her expertise spans archival research, editorial work, and interdisciplinary studies on heritage and governance.

Tushita was previously a Research Scholar and Museum Curator at the Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Museum, contributing to heritage documentation and research. She has also worked with SHD Research Foundation, Indian Railways, and the World Heritage Organization in various research and editorial capacities. Additionally, she has served as a Research Journal Editor at the Asiatic Society of Social Science Research and curated the Parliamentarians’ Debate at the Dehradun Literature Festival and various International Conclaves.

She holds an MA in History from the University of Delhi, as well as a BA (Hons) in History from SPM College, University of Delhi, where she was awarded the All-Rounder Best Student of the Year award. Her various works have been published as research papers, book chapters, monographs, policy briefs, and online articles on various platforms. She has authored and edited multiple publications, including Memoirs of Maharaja Nubkissen Bahadur (edited with Sayantani, 2023). Her research has been published as book chapters, academic papers, and policy briefs, with international and national papers covering themes such as colonial history, gender in historical narratives, and cultural heritage conservation.

Udayvir Ahuja was a Programme Coordinator for the Strategic Studies Program, where, beyond operational aspects, he engages in writing and researching on contemporary subjects within the realms of international law, geopolitics, and international relations.

He has previously worked as the Staff Officer to the Director General’s Office, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and prior to that, as a Legislative Assistant to the Member of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow. Udayvir has also worked as a civil and criminal lawyer in Delhi. 

He has completed his legal education from the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
