Kinga Brudziska is Head of Future of Europe Programme GLOBSEC Policy Institute based in Slovakia. Her main research interests lie in the fields of EU foreign policy and EU institutional architecture with a particular focus on relations among the Member States and the concept of differentiated European integration. Kinga is an author of the chapters in books articles in press (i.e. Fair Observer Es Global EurActiv Public Service Europe) and various analyses on the EU and the Latin America and Caribbean region. Kiran Bhatt is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Health Diplomacy, Department of Global Health Governance, Prasanna School of Public Health, Manipal Academy of Higher Education. He has an MA degree in Geopolitics and International Relations from MAHE. His under graduation was in Economics (Honours) from Christ (deemed to be University). His research areas of focus have primarily been in Political Economy, International Financial Institutions, public health financing, economic warfare, and defence budgeting.

Kirill Chernovol is a specialist in constitutional law with a qualification of a pre-doctoral researcher. He has a background of working in project offices of the Ministry of economic development and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and worked mainly in fields of regulation of delivering public services and of a state investment policy. His current areas of professional interest are government support of science technology and innovation and regulation of artificial intelligence.

Kirill Likhachev is an associate professor at School of international relations, St. Petersburg State University (SIR SPbSU). Among his main research interests are foreign policy of India, Indo-Russian, Indo-Chinese and Indo-American relations. Dr. Likhachev also specializes in South Asian regional security issues and the BRICS grouping. Dr. Likhachev is a board member of the Society for Cultural and Business Cooperation with India at the St. Petersburg Association for International Cooperation. In 2023 he became the academic supervisor of the 1 st Asian Dialogue Research programme, which was focused on the South Asian region and held by the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund in collaboration with SIR SPbSU.

Kishen Shastry is a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Cambridge UK. He works on topics in institutional economics.

Koketso Tlhabanelo is a senior manager at AT Kearney a global consulting firm where she focuses on the public sector as well as the leadership and change practices. Koketso regularly works across markets and has delivered projects in Europe South America the Middle East and across Africa. Koketso is a fellow of the Young Africa Leadership Initiative Mbewu class (an ALI spinoff). Koketso holds a BCom degree in Informatics and a BCom from the University of Johannesburg. She also holds an MSc in Corporate Social Responsibility with Environmental Management from the University of York.

Komal has been a Delhi-based journalist for the past six years. He started his career in digital journalism with Zee Media Group and later moved to Lokmat Hindi. He has also worked with UNICEF India (Kumbh 2019), MPEB, and at former Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan’s office.

Konstantinos is Senior Program Officer of the Circle the Med Forum, the par excellence environmental diplomacy forum in the Mediterranean, promoting Blue Economy, innovative maritime policies and interaction among oceans and seas. He served as international relations adviser to the Prime Minister of Greece and as Executive Director of Greek House Davos, the mission of Greece in the World Economic Forum. Konstantinos is co-founder of the regional cooperation platform Thessaloniki Regional Forum and Executive Director of South-East Europe BEYOND Ministerial Leadership Dialogue, which aims at the enhancement of economic, political and digital cooperation among countries of South-East Europe, the Mediterranean and the Global South. He is a Fellow of the Agora Strategy Institute and a member of the European Association of Political Consultants (EAPC). In 2018, he has been selected as an emerging young leader for the Obama Foundation Town Hall Europe program.

Koyel Kumar Mandal is Chief of Programmes at SSEF and responsible for managing all programme verticals such as power transport energy efficiency and climate policy.

Krishna Vohra is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Economy and Growth in New Delhi. His areas of research include geopolitics, global climate policy, and the convergence of climate finance and emerging technologies.

Krishnapriya VS is a Doctoral Candidate at Centre for Development Studies (JNU), Trivandrum working on the growth and performance of startups in India. She has an M.A in Economics from IIT Madras and M.Phil in Applied Economics from Centre for Development Studies. She has published in an international peer-reviewed journal and has presented academic papers in national and international conferences. Her research interests include the economics of innovation, entrepreneurship and development.

Krisstina Rao has worked in healthcare and education to design grassroots program and advocate for responsive policy. She is an Amani Social Innovation fellow.

Kristian is a senior researcher at PRIO. His research interests lie at the intersection of cities, markets, politics, conflict and development in the Global South. He has worked in Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia and Latin America, both quantitatively and qualitatively, and using interdisciplinary approaches.

Kriti Kapur was a Junior Fellow with ORFs Health Initiative in the Sustainable Development programme. Her research focuses on issues pertaining to sustainable development with a special emphasis on health and education. Kriti shows a keen interest in data analysis and evidence-based policy-making. She tracks national and global efforts aimed at improving health outcomes in developing countries. She was also interested in studying policies and initiatives for fostering green growth and human capital development.

Kriti M. Shah was Associate Fellow with the Strategic Studies Programme at ORF. Her research primarily focusses on Afghanistan and Pakistan where she studies their domestic politics as well as their relationship with each other the Taliban the United States and the larger South Asian neighbourhood. Her other areas of interest include the role of technology in fighting terrorism in Kashmir and the ongoing Pashtun Tahafuz Movement and its dynamic and tumultuous relationship with the Pakistani state.Prior to joining ORF she worked as reporter for NDTV. She is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal Canada.

Krzysztof Iwanek is head of Asia Research Centre at the War Studies University Poland. He has taught at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Republic of Korea: and at the Collegium Civitas and Warsaw University Poland. Krzysztofs primary interests include Indian history and Indian contemporary politics particularly Hindu nationalism and conservatism.

Dr Krzysztof Marcin Zalewski (PhD) is President of the Board at Boym Institute a Warsaw based think tank. As a policy expert he writes about foreign policy and digital transformations in India and Australia. He previously worked at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights in Vienna the Foreign Relations Office of the Chancellery of the President of Poland the Polish Parliament (Sejm) and at the Centre for Eastern Studies in Warsaw. Krzysztof Michalski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Political Science of the Marie Curie Skodowska University in Lublin. He also obtained an MBA in Innovation and Data Analysis from the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University. He is a postgraduate of Warsaw University Faculty of Economic Sciences.He began his professional career in 2009 at an international trade company operating globally. Currently he is the deputy director at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. He is responsible for analyses and advice in economics innovation and international relations.

Kshipra Vasudeo is a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the Centre for African Studies School of International Studies Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi. She was awarded the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Full-Term Doctoral Fellowship for the year 2019-2021.
