Fundamental rights and personal law

With the Supreme Court taking up the ‘triple talaq’ issue involving the Muslim community for a full hearing, questions pertaining to the primacy of fundamental rights under the Constitution and the custom/religion-based personal law of individual communities has come under a wider scan.
