Ananya Filbert

Ananya Filbert is HR-Lead at the Observer Research Foundation. She brings over 6+ years of experience in HR, project management, and academic research.

As the Learning and Talent Management focal point at UNDP, she has experience in developing engagement and inclusion initiatives, coordinating learning activities, designing onboarding experiences, and conducting talent review exercises. Further, as an HR Associate with UNDP, she has managed several recruitments end-to-end and has experience in overseeing performance management for staff. She has previously worked with ActionAid as a project coordinator, supporting in coordinating a Southeast and South Asian project on self-help groups.

Ananya has an MPhil in Planning and Development Studies from Indian Institute of Technology (2017-2019), Masters in Development and Labor Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) (2015-2017), and a Bachelors in Economics from University of Delhi.
