Abirami Rajesh Aiyer

Abirami Rajesh Aiyer is the Executive Assistant to the President at Observer Research Foundation, where she provides research, coordination, and administrative support.

Before joining ORF, Abirami worked with the Institute of Security and Global Affairs at Leiden University on the EU Horizon-funded COGREX and PREPARE projects, contributing to research on counterterrorism, radicalization, gender, and community resilience. She also worked with The Hague Journal of Diplomacy, leading strategic communications and outreach, and has served as an IBDP Global Politics facilitator. Her work and research interests focus on international governance, peacebuilding, and human rights, with emphasis on post-conflict reconstruction, security, and diplomacy.
