1. ELIGIBILITY  

All accredited members of the media, non-accredited senior journalists, columnists, and commentators.  

2. VENUE AND AGENDA

The Raisina Dialogue will be held in New Delhi, India from March 17-19 2025, at the Taj Palace Hotel, Diplomatic Enclave, New Delhi. 

The full agenda will be available  on https://www.orfonline.org/forums/raisina-dialogue. Please bear in mind that session timings are subject to change. 

3. CONFERENCE ACCESS 

Media will have access to all public sessions. Public sessions can also be viewed live on ORF’s YouTube, X, and Facebook accounts. You can also visit our website for various updates on the conference. 

4. INTERVIEWS 

Camera risers and audio output will be available in the rooms where public sessions will be held. These will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All public interviews will be held at the media enclosure in the Raja Bagh lawns. Please be mindful that this is a common media space, therefore, all media personnel are advised keep their interactions brief while using these spaces.

6. MEDIA CODE OF CONDUCT 

All members of the media are bound by the Raisina Dialogue Charter of Participation. If any members of the media are found in violation of conference rules, access may be revoked. We expect the media to be transparent and accurate in its reporting of conference events. Media is expected to report only on active sessions and discussions. For all media coverage during and following the conference, including off-stage interactions with speakers and participants, “The Raisina Dialogue” and its hosts, “The Observer Research Foundation” and “The Ministry of External Affairs, India” must be acknowledged in full.
