The Balakot airstrikes, which were a retaliatory response to the Pulwama terror attacks, have reshaped the strategic context of the South Asian subcontinent. The main change has come in how India chooses to respond to a terrorist attack perpetrated by another country. This event seeks to take the policy conversation on the Balakot airstrikes forward by bringing together a range of experts on the subject and generating an informed discussion on the topic.
