A Conversation with H.E. Enrique A. Manalo, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Republic of the Philippines

Secretary (Minister) Manalo will be in conversation with ORF research faculty, think tankers, academics, and former diplomats about the current foreign policy discourse in the Philippines on issues including the Philippines handling of the US-China great power competition in the region, the Philippines handling of the South China dispute, and the prospects as well as opportunities for stronger India-Philippines bilateral relations.
