Diplomat Diaries – the monthly feature from the Strategic Studies Programme – aims to host a series of conversations with serving diplomats and practitioners to discuss the key strategic and geopolitical issues of the day.
This July session will feature H.E. Lalatiana Accouche, High Commissioner of Seychelles to India, and Mr. Tsiory Randrianarivony, Counsellor, Embassy of Madagascar in India. The discussion will focus on the issues facing Island States in the Indian Ocean region and India’s relations with Seychelles and Madagascar. The session will be moderated by Prof Harsh V. Pant, Vice President – Studies and Foreign Policy at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi.
