Diplomat Diaries | Latin America Roundtable

Diplomat Diaries – the monthly feature from the Strategic Studies Programme – aims to host a series of conversations with serving diplomats and practitioners to discuss the key strategic and geopolitical issues of the day.

This November session will feature H.E. Mariano A. Caucino, Ambassador of Argentina to India, and H.E. Juan Angulo Ambassador of Chile to India. The discussion will focus on the issues facing Latin America and India’s relations with Argentina and Chile. The session will be moderated by Prof Harsh V. Pant, Vice President – Studies and Foreign Policy at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi.
