Diplomat Diaries – the monthly feature from the Strategic Studies Programme – aims to host a series of conversations with serving diplomats and practitioners to discuss the key strategic and geopolitical issues of the day.
This February session will feature H.E Hervé Delphin, Ambassador of the European Union to India. The discussion will examine the evolving trajectory of India-EU relations in light of the recently concluded FTA and progress in the strategic partnership amidst volatile global developments. The session will be moderated by Prof Harsh V. Pant, Vice President – Studies and Foreign Policy at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi.
