Conversation with Denis Alipov, Ambassador of Russia to India

Diplomat Diaries – the monthly feature from the Strategic Studies Programme – aims to host a series of conversations with serving diplomats and practitioners to discuss the key strategic and geopolitical issues of the day.

This December session will feature H.E. Denis Alipov, Ambassador of Russia to India. The discussion will focus on the growing trajectory of India–Russia relations and the key takeaways from the recently concluded 23rd India–Russia Annual Summit. The session will be moderated by Prof Harsh V. Pant, Vice President – Studies and Foreign Policy at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi.
