Vlad Paddack

Vlad Paddack is a Senior Analyst at AKE International and a Fellow at Nightingale Int., specialising in Eurasian security and political affairs, with a particular focus on Russia, Ukraine, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. His work examines the intersection of energy and geopolitics, as well as broader geopolitical shifts, great power competition, trade and connectivity projects across the region. Vlad completed his undergraduate studies at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London, and earned his master’s degree at the Graduate Institute Geneva, where he wrote his thesis on energy security in Kazakhstan and Georgia.
