Vanlalchhawna

Prof. Vanlalchhawna is a Professor of Economics at Mizoram University, a central university established in 2001. He is presently the Finance Officer at Mizoram University. Expert Member, Mizoram State Planning Board (2016-19), Member, Mizoram Youth Commission (2010-14), Member, Mizoram State Higher Education Council (2014), Asst. Project Director, UNCTAD India Programme (MZU), 2008 & 2009; Member, Public Expenditure Review Committee (Mizoram) 2008, 2009, 2010,2019 & 2022. He is a Life Member of the Mizoram Economic Association (MEA), North Eastern Economic Association (NEEA) and The Indian Society for Ecological Economics (INSEE).

His published books include, Inclusive Finance in North East India-Challenges and Prospects, New Delhi: Concept Publishing House.
