Syed Sultan Kazi

Syed is an ICTD professional for over 20 years now. He specialises in digital for development and has worked pan India and now focuses in the North East Region. Currently, he is Director at the Council for Social and Digital Development (CSDD), a research, policy and implementing organisation with focus on North East. He is the founder of North East Development Foundation (NEDF), and a founding Director at Improving Public Library Movement (IPLM) Foundation. He is curator of eNorth East, North East CSR Forum and Rural Udyamita Network. He has few research and published works. He is an MPhil and PhD from the Centre for the Study of Law & Governance, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. He is native of Assam, India.
