Sunil Kumar

Dr. Sunil Kumar is currently serving as Assistant Professor at Mizoram University, where he brings more than twelve years of teaching experience in hospitality and culinary education. An alumnus of IHM Gwalior, Dr. Kumar has held academic positions at prestigious institutions including the Institute of Hotel Management Raipur, Indian Culinary Institute NOIDA, IHM Rohtak, and IHM Gwalior, as well as University of India.

He is actively involved in curriculum development and quality assurance, being a member of various Boards of Studies across several universities. Dr. Kumar is recognized for his academic scholarship, with nineteen published research papers and presentations at nineteen national and international conferences and seminars. Renowned for his multi-faceted interests, he is passionate about culinary arts and avidly engages in reading and writing on food and hospitality topics.
