Peter Stein is an economist and a noted expert on the economies of Sub-Saharan Africa. Stein has taught applied macro- and microeconomics at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Royal Institute of Technology. He has been a consultant to the OECD the International Chamber of Commerce and Swedish government commissions. Peter Stein is currently CEO of Stein Brothers AB and a consultant to Swedish companies and public-sector entities on Africa. Stein is a frequent commentator on African affairs in Swedish and international media.
