Noor Khan is Deputy General Manager in the strategy and corporate affairs department at Samsung South West Asia HQ. He is an engineering graduate from TIET Patiala and has an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies University of Delhi. Noor has 21 years of experience in the hydrocarbon and electronics and in the IT industry. His work transverse regulatory affairs public policy operations sales business development and marketing. Prior to this Noor has worked with Indian Oil Corporation Limited in managerial positions and as Deputy Director with Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Government of India.
