
Kenta Harada is a Japan-based consultant and researcher focusing on Japan–India relations, migration, and international security. He currently works at CHORD Corporation, a boutique consulting firm, on projects mainly in the field of India–Japan economic and policy cooperation. Previously he spent four years as a researcher with Nomura Research Institute in India. He holds a BA in Commerce (International Business) from Kansai University and an MA in International Relations from the University of Sussex, where he focused on geopolitics and grand strategy. His recent work examines how demographic change, labour mobility, and strategic competition are reshaping Japan’s foreign and domestic policy, with particular attention to Indian talent and the broader Indo-Pacific.
