Kapinjal Kishore Sharma

Kapinjal Kishore Sharma is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer of the Government of India, currently serving as the Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) for the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR). Prior to this, Mr. Sharma held several key roles pertaining to Railway Operations and Commercial activities in the Northeast Region, including Senior Divisional Operations Manager (Sr. DOM) and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (Sr. DCM), and Deputy Chief Commercial Manager (Dy. CCM) at the NFR Headquarters at Maligaon.

He has a strong academic background, with a B. Tech in Civil Engineering and M. Tech in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati. He also holds an MBA from Dibrugarh University. His areas of interest include transportation, logistics, trade, infrastructure and economic development of Northeast India.
