She is the founder of Women in International Security, Albania. Juxhina lectures on PMESII-ASCOPE frameworks and Western Balkans security dynamics. Former President of the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association of 32 NATO countries. Distinguished Lecturer at NATO SFA COE and a KAS Albania expert.
