Isaac Mukama is a computer scientist with a passion for innovation and development in the fight against poverty in Uganda. He works with ICT4D Uganda as head Innovations and his work includes research and development of programmes that enhance social responsive strategies to support and facilitate sustainable development through access to market programs enterprise development and business linkages.
