Biplob Chatterjee

Biplob is one of worlds leading geologists who has been awarded the National Mineral Award in 1996. In his 34 years of mining sector experience he has served ONGC (1984-85) Geological Survey of India (1986-1995) Rio Tinto (1995-2009) and HDR|Salva (2010-2013). Biplob helped design Rio Tintos successful exploration program in Bundelkhand which led to the discovery of Bunder Diamond Deposit. He is the co-founder of Geovale Services and leads a team of consultants engaged globally to provide mineral exploration mine planning hydrogeology and mining health and safety services.
