Rahul has been associated with India EXIM Bank since 2007. He has been working on issues related to international economics public policy and sustainability: and has also worked on a number of publications in concomitant areas. Besides this he has been involved in consultancy assignments abroad and in India with various Governments and financial institutions.Since long he has been a frequent contributor to opinion-editorial pages in several of India's leading financial dailies on topics of contemporary interest.Rahul holds two Masters degrees in Economics and in Management from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Varanasi.
