Background
Shubha has worked with Sun TV's English News Channel, a Manhattan based investment bank, Galileo Global Advisors and at a special education school prior to joining ORF.
Shubha completed her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics with a minor in International Relations. She was a professional tennis player, having represented India at the junior and senior levels. While at UPenn, she captained its women's tennis team to its first Ivy League title.
Presently
Areas of interest at ORF are Health, youth development & Culture. Her ongoing projects are about intangible cultural heritage maintaining that culture should be integrated as the fourth pillar of sustainable development as a follow up to UNESCO's safeguarding conventions. Her other initiative is about sports & youth development.
