Background
Ms. Shubha is a Post Graduate in Philosophy from Delhi University. As a Producer, CENDIT she has produced several programmes in participatory mode with activists and community involvement. She has also worked as a freelance filmmaker and has produced and directed documentary films and TV spots on women, children and rural development issues, for UN Agencies, Government departments and NGOs. She has designed and conducted video training workshops in India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh.

As a visiting faulty she has taught Mass Communication in various institutions in Delhi. She has worked as a Delhi Representative and Executive Producer for Young Asia Television, Sri Lanka.

Presently
She is working (part time) with ORF on Audio Visual Documentation.
